Motionless In White have just announced the departure of their synth-player, keyboardist, and back-up vocalist of ten years Josh Balz. The band and Balz, in their separate statements, did not specify what made him leave the band, but Balz explains that “I’ve learned so much, and now understand on a new level what it is like to really experience life struggles, what is really important to me, and in this discovery and self-reflection I’ve found myself.”

He also assures us that “this will not be the last you see of me in the music industry, and you guys know where you can always find me!”

Despite Balz’s departure, Motionless In White says that the release of their upcoming album “Graveyard Shift” through Roadrunner Records this year will go as planned, and that a keyboardist has now filled in for Balz for their The End Is Here Tour with Issues and Falling In Reverse, which will kick off in January 13.
