Rarely will you find that from the very birth of a band, they are completely subjecting themselves to any form of change and open endings.. The reality of it is that when a group of people comes together to form a band and make music, they already have an end goal that they plan to achieve. Most changes and 180-degree shifts happen somewhere down the road for a band – but rarely in the beginning. That’s probably the best way to describe the four-piece rock and reggae outfit, THE CHONGKEYS. They’re a spontaneous, adventurous and happy-go-lucky kind of bunch when it comes to their direction as a band. They go where the wind takes them. Interestingly, they not only apply that principle to their overall attitude as a band, but for their song-writing as well.
